1. Introduction
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are provided by Europe's Best Brands Tattoo Supply, doing business as Magic Moon Tattoo Supply USA ("we," "us," "our"). They govern your access to and use of magic-moon-usa.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site
The Site is intended for users aged 18 and older. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may update these Terms by posting a new version on the Site; continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

3. Prohibited uses
You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms, including:

Magic Moon names and logos are our trademarks; other brand names and logos belong to their respective owners. If you post reviews or other content on the Site, it must be lawful, accurate and not impersonate anyone. You grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual right to use, display and distribute your content in connection with our business. We may remove any content at our discretion.

6. Purchases
All purchases are governed by our Terms of Sale, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

7. Privacy and security
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. The Site uses SSL encryption, but no transmission over the internet is completely secure.

8. Accuracy of information
We make every effort to display accurate product information, prices and availability. Errors may occasionally occur; we reserve the right to correct them and to cancel affected orders with a full refund.

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties regarding the Site and are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Site. This does not affect warranties for products purchased from us, which are described in our Terms of Sale.

12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Disputes are resolved as described in Section 10 of our Terms of Sale; claims must be brought individually and not as part of a class action.
